Marken wie Santa Cruz, Creature und Independent gehören beispielsweise ebenfalls zum selben Vertrieb.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eFlips Bedeutung für Skateboarding\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Flip hat \u003cstrong\u003edrei der wichtigsten Skate-Videos (\"Sorry\", \"Really Sorry\" und \"Extremely Sorry\")\u003c\/strong\u003e der 2000er Jahre herausgebracht und somit erfolgreich absoluten Kultstatus erreicht. Die Motive auf den Decks werden dem Firmenmotto HKD (hate, kill, destroy) durchaus gerecht.Doch nicht nur die Grafiken können sich sehen lassen. Auch auf dem Gebiet der Deck-Konstruktionen hat Flip mit seinen \u003cstrong\u003eP2-Decks\u003c\/strong\u003e eine Innovation am Start. Neben sechs Lagen Ahorn besitzen die P2-Decks eine weitere, siebte \u003cstrong\u003eKevlar-verstärkte Ahorn-Schicht.\u003c\/strong\u003e Diese Besonderheit \u003cstrong\u003everlängert die Lebensdauer\u003c\/strong\u003e der Decks und sorgt für \u003cstrong\u003emehr Pop\u003c\/strong\u003e, welcher auch deutlich länger hält als bei herkömmlichen Decks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eDas Team von Flip Skateboards\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Im Team befinden sich neben Youngstars wie \u003cstrong\u003eLuan Oliviera, David Gonzales, Alec Majerus und Louie Lopez\u003c\/strong\u003e auch Legenden wie \u003cstrong\u003eTom Penny, Lance Mountain, Bob Burnquist und Arto Saari.\u003c\/strong\u003e Mitbegründer Geoff Rowley gehört mittlerweile nicht mehr zum Aufgebot von Flip .
